I keep receiving the same question "What filters do you use and why?". I decided to show you exactly which filters I use, why, and how I use them for landscape photography.

I perform a couple of little tricks every time I use these filters, and I reckon you'll benefit from learning exactly how I do this. It's fun and your images will look better for it.

I take you out to a local waterfall to demonstrate my techniques in sunny and rainy conditions. I also manage to capture a beautiful waterfall image using the KASE KW Revolution filter kit.

Amanda and I demonstrate how to advertize to the world that you're a landscape photographer. If you don't have a pair of twotone pants this method is a surefire way of flexing your filters.

We take a detailed look at my RAW files to see how these filters perform for waterfall images. Not only does the CPL give me total control of the glare and reflections in my image but the ND8 enables me to dial in the perfect shutter speed at the perfect aperture for sharpness.
