For many title companies, their escrow officers have autonomy when it comes to choosing the signing agent they want to use for their signings. You may still have to get approved by their corporate office, but once that is complete Kama they will be able to use you. That means, that generating you business means you're going to have to connect with more escrow officers. There are several ways to do that and in this video I give you some tools and resources that I've used to make those connections. When reaching out to escrow officers, remember to be a person of value, and find a unique and creative way to connect with Them. Escrow officers are just people as well, and they have one of the most stressful jobs in the country.
