Commander is a very different format from the rest of Magic. Being a multiplayer format with a higher starting life total and a higher deck size means that tons of effects just aren’t anywhere near as useful as they are in other formats. This means that lots of cards that are staples in Magic are pretty bad in Commander, so today we’re going to go over the staples that translate into the format the worst.
