Join Dr. Alyssa Kuhn, physical therapist and osteoarthritis specialist and Kristin who is a member of Adventurers for Life and currently has bone on bone knee osteoarthritis. These exercises help to build strength in the quadriceps (thighs) and glutes and hamstrings (back of legs) which can help to increase support in the knees.

Too often, many people worry or have anxiety about sitting on certain surfaces because of the fear they may get stuck or may need someone to help them up.
