Welcome back everyone! In this video I'm going to be showing you the most common mistakes beginner backpackers make. Backpacking can be both easy and hard at the same time. On the surface, you could just go to Walmart and cobble together some gear to go do a trip. Maybe you already have some hiking and camping gear, or maybe you can borrow a friends.

In the age of the internet, you can download a GPS app, join a Facebook group, Google some trails etc and just get out there and go. The downside is if you're inexperienced, you may not have a fun time on trail. If you're drastically unprepared, you could possibly even run into an emergency!
