Your glutes are a complex of three muscles that surround the hips and are arguably the MOST IMPORTANT for a strong pain free body. Being able to activate and strengthen your glutes will help limit impact on your feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back and is why I incoporate glute strengthening into almost all of my programs to solve joint pain.
