Rio de Janeiro is probably the city in Brazil with the most options for things to do.

There are superknown attractions such as Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copabacana and Ipanema, there are incredible trails such as Pedra da Gávea, Pedra do Telégrafo and Pedra Bonita, there are several viewpoints such as Mirante Dona Marta, there are beautiful beaches like Praia do Perigoso, Grumari, Recreio and Prainha, there are historical and modern museums, there are attractions for all ages, animations and tastes.

We stayed only about 1 month in Rio, and obviously we didn't get to know even 10% of what the city has to offer, because there really is sooo much to do, so we selected the things we most liked to do during our brief visit to the Marvelous City.
