There's nothing quite like mowing a flat and level lawn and after my irrigation was installed, the front yard needed some work on leveling to fix the lawn for reel mowing. The key to a flat and level yard is topdressing and you can pair this with overseeding to get thicken the existing turf. It's a quick job with perennial ryegrass which I absolutely love!
