IndianOil Skytanking has developed this inhouse as a clean and green initiative to operate at
CSMI Airport for commercial aviation as first of its kind in India. It is a small innovative approach
in our contribution to a cleaner and greener environment.
Advantages over the regular hydrant dispenser are as under :
1. Compact and towable by any light vehicle. .
2. The safety features built in are akin to the regular hydrant dispensers
3. Design is compliant with EI Standards
4. Unlike the Hydrant dispensers, it uses solar power for its functionality and the towing
vehicle engine is switched off after positioning of the dispenser. Thus, it assists in
reducing the carbon footprint and is environment friendly.
5. This is more safe, efficient and contributes effectively in decongesting the vehicular
movement at the tarmac.
6. It is a cost effective and efficient solution to meet refuelling needs of an airport with hydrant
system aimed at reducing carbon footprint of the Airport.
