The Toyota JZX81 (X80) is a midsize fourdoor sedan produced by Toyota in Japan between 1988 and 1992. It had a frontengine, rearwheel drive configuration. The chassis itself is shared by three different models: Chaser, Mark II and Cresta. The 1JZGTE, a 2.5liter inline6, was the goto for drifting engine because of its turbocharged power. This engine produced a healthy 280hp from the factory. The long wheelbase allows the car to be more predictable during transitions, although it may not look as aggressive as it would with a shorter wheelbase car. From factory the car may look like a boring executive sedan but with the right bodykit, wheels and ride hight it can look really cool.
