Today's video is on the development of the Bedford Tractor or Traclat Halftracked vehicle from WW2
Work began on Traclat for a vehicle to tow the various guns used by British forces and to provide better of road performance than those in service. Two firms took part, and one of them basically just used pilfered Nazi machines as their inspiration and built 6 prototypes. As always all the new pictures of this odd and rare machine.
