We're visiting Kampong Chhnang, a small city in Cambodia that's known for its pottery. We are taking a pottery tour trying the traditional techniques that are still used today. No wheel is involved. Instead of the clay spinning, the potter simply walks around their creation. We get to try it, and we also get to try the more modern method (I get my 'Ghost' moment). We're also going to a local's house to watch them fire the pots in the traditional way. No ovens are used, they pile sticks, hay, and all the pots into a big hill and then light it on fire.
