I travelled all the way to Accra, the. capital city of Ghana, and I got the chance to visit one of the most symbolic place in greater Accra called JAMES TOWN with ‪@freddahe‬ and ‪@nwfhylip‬ James town is a Ga community where Kenkey was originated.
kenkey is a staple food cooked with fermented corn\maize dough
it is eaten with fries fish and chill sauce.
it can be served in so many other ways like, soup, stew,mashed with sugar etc
