Encampment fires are a huge problem in Seattle, with the city averaging several fires each day, often under overpasses or other critical pieces of infrastructure. One camp, near I5 in north Seattle, has been the scene of numerous fires over the past few weeks.

What look to be propane explosions can be seen at 1:35, 3:07 and 3:35.
