TRAGEDY AS A WOMAN IN HER 20'S GOES OVERBOARD.
An MSC cruise ship had a passenger go overboard at 2am on the way back to Southamptom. She was found by air sea rescue but passed away at the hospital. Port of Tampa reopens but with limits. Woman compains carnival crew won't reserve seating for her because she's short.
