​​As part of ‪@HRCPDenver1‬'s Denver Office of Storytelling’s ongoing documentary series that highlights the history of communities in the city, DOST this year partnered with the City Council Offices of Amanda Sandoval and Jamie Torres, the Rose Community Foundation, and Historic Denver to create a 43minute documentary about the West Colfax Jewish community.

The film is a captivating glimpse into the 150year history of a small but unique Denver neighborhood. Through evocative personal anecdotes, compelling historical accounts, and archival images, this documentary recounts the story of the Jewish community along West Colfax and celebrates the significant contributions of its residents. Above all, "Kesher," or connection, pays tribute to the unbreakable bonds that continue to connect the community in the face of change.
