Throughout the 2nd half of December 2023, I ventured to the STL Metro East area to document some rail action at various locations. Here, you'll see four different trains at four different locations: Dupo, Caseyville, Valley Jct, and Granite City, IL. Watch as an NS leader on a UP autorack train passes underneath classic MoPac signals, a CPKC transfer job rolls through the popular railfan spot known as Valley Jct in E STL, and more.
