After having a break from trainspotting after Christmas, I decided to do a relatively short and simple spotting trip along the West Anglia Mainline with stops at Shelford, Newport, Elsenham and finally Bishops Stortford. I made the journey to tick off a few more stations i had never spotted at and to see some of GreaterAnglia's WAML fleet before they were replaced by the newer Bombardier Class 720's and Stadler Class 745's; and to see GA's new Stadler Bimode units the Class 755's now running on the new Norwich Stansted Airport direct service.
