Trane XR95 gas furnace 4blink code upon startup. This is a downflow furnace on top of a Trane AC unit, all newly installed late this summer (2017). The dealer is trying to tell me that the evaporator coils in the AC unit are getting heatsoaked and releasing the heat after the furnace shuts off. 20 minutes later when the furnace restarts they're saying the heat has tripped the thermal switch. Once the furnace goes through its 2 minute cycle (no flame, just blower) supposedly the thermal switch is cool enough to allow normal startup. I'm calling B.S.
