Cayuga Centers is a proud partner and provider of Multisystemic Therapy (MST), a nationally researched and evidencebased model of homebased family therapy. The outcomedriven therapy is based on identifying and working with the family's strengths to reach defined goals that will assist them in overcoming barriers. The highly individualized therapy model builds a support network of peers and community services to aid family rebuilding and will continue after the therapy sessions conclude.

At the close of treatment, research shows that 87% of youth who complete MST have no arrests.


What we do

We offer a shortterm but intensive therapy schedule; the typical duration of MST is 35 months, with an average of 3 therapy sessions weekly.

→ MST clinician meets with the entire family in the home each session to focus on defining family systems and building support networks that will continue after therapy ends.
