Central to an Integrated Urgent Care service which simplifies access for patients and increases confidence in services is the 'Clinical Assessment Service (Clinical Hub)'. It offers patients access to a wide range of clinicians, both experienced generalists and specialists. It will also offer advice to health professionals, including paramedics and nurses, in the community so no decision is taken in isolation.
