Testing the donated transistor tester (smart component tester) based on Atmel AVR ATmega328P microcontroller. It can autodetect and test semiconductors bipolar transistors (NPN, PNP), MOSFETs, thyristors (SCRs), triacs, diodes and double diodes including Schottky, LEDs and twocolor LEDs, Zener diodes below 5V and even IGBT transistors with gate threshold voltage below 5V. It also tests and measures passive components resistors, potentiometers, inductors (inductance and DC resistance), capacitors (capacitance, ESR, Vloss), and maybe more. It also has some extra functions like a voltmeter, frequency meter, signal generator and PWM generator.
