The holiday season is a time for joy, for family, and yes, for travel. Airports buzz with the excitement and hustle of the season, and while it can be a bit overwhelming, there's one travel companion that can make it all much smoother: your CPAP machine.

Picture the scene: fellow travelers, just like you, navigating through the crowds with their CPAPs in tow. It's a badge of honor, a commitment to good sleep, and honestly, it's inspiring. I often want to offer a high five as a sign of solidarity!

And, in case you didn’t know, your CPAP machine doesn’t count as an extra piece of carryon luggage. That's right, it's considered a medical device. So, you can still pack all your essentials without a hitch.

But in the sea of travelers, there's an ocean of CPAPs that could easily be mixed up. To keep your journey smooth, in today’s Sleep Byte I'm bringing you three essential tips I tell my patients for traveling with their CPAP whether it’s the Holidays or not.
