Treating an Inflamed Ilioinguinal Nerve

Neurogenic inflammation of the ilioinguinal nerve can cause pain on the anterior aspect of the thigh. This particular patient had anterior thigh pain that started after a car accident where the seatbelt most likely damaged his ilioinguinal nerve. We performed a nerve hydrodissection to help reduce the chronic neurogenic inflammation and improve pain.
