Treating Your Neck to Solve Your Tennis Elbow

Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) can be a persistent problem for many people. We often equate its onset with repetitive load and strain on the forearm tendons as they insert into the side of the elbow.

For many, tennis elbow can be hard to shake. Clinically, this may be because we do a great job of treating the symptoms but potentially miss the bigger picture.

In this video, I discuss why the neck may be the root cause of tennis elbow and go through one simple exercise to treat it. Its clearly still important to treat your tennis elbow symptoms with eccentric strength training, softtissue massage, etc, however without treating your neck and overall postural habits things may not settle quickly if at all.
