VJHemOnc – Video Journal of Hematology & HemOnc

Maher Salamoon, MD, AlBaironi Hospital, Damascus, Syria, discusses a study investigating treatment options for patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) who have relapsed after three lines of therapy, including brentuximab plus lenalidomide. Patients were treated with cyclophosphamide, mesna, procarbazine, gemcitabine, and prednisolone, achieving a threeyear survival rate of approximately 65%, with enhanced response noted in patients previously treated with brentuximab. These findings support the use of this treatment regimen in the fourth line. This interview took place at the 29th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Madrid, Spain.
