The Juan de Fuca Trail is a MUST DO for casual enthusiasts and hardcore hikers alike. Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, the Juan de Fuca trail is 47km long. However, there are several places where you can opt out if the hike becomes too challenging. It was tough I even gave away my liquor to save some weight :(

The combination of toothpick straight old growth forest, soft sandy beaches and stunning sunsets will forever be embedded in my mind. I am constantly thankful we live on such a beautiful planet.
