Had sharp, serrated teeth that were up to 30 cm long
Could grow up to 12.3 meters long and weighed around 7 tons
Was one of the last dinosaur species to exist before the mass extinction event
Fossils have been found in North America
Known for its portrayal in popular culture as a fearsome predator.
