The Historic Depot located in Mineral Bluff, GA, was build by the Marietta & North Georgia Railroad in 1887; now part of the Georgia Northeastern Railroad. Inside the historic depot, The TriState Model Railroaders have recreated the route of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad that ran from Mariette, GA to Etowah, TN with a Branch Line to Murphy, NC, as it was back in 1952. This HO Scale layout is very nicely detailed, and the Club uses a real boxcar parked outside the depot as a repair shop for the layout!
