Dr. Brian Nadler is facing four counts of first degree murder in the deaths of seniors at the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital. Sources tell CTV News the Crown isn't planning to present any evidence when the proceedings begin today, Nadler has maintained his innocence, and his lawyers claim all of the seniors died of COVID19.
