1. Sevathakani briani: This hotel will be opened only on Sunday every week for more than 50years. They're providing mutton briyani only along with that sides vanjiram fry, mutton kola urundai, mutton liver and their signature dish is pichi potta kozhi varuval. They're using jeera sambha rice for briyani. The meat used was very juicy and tendery. Taste was excellent, if you had a chance to go there don't miss it.

2. Trichy dindigal briyani: In this hotel they're providing mutton and chicken briyani. But the more famous here is mutton briyani. The sides here are chicken65 and mutton liver. The mutton briyani's aroma will take you to the next world. Mostly they're using boneless pieces only along with that the jeeraga samba rice gives a very nice aroma which tempts you to eat more. More than 18years they're running this hotel successfully.

3. Raoji briyani: This hotel is running for more than 75years, which is a very great number of years. The hotel is opened from 8.00 evening to till 11.00 night only. They're providing only mutton briyani made up of jeeraga samba rice. The meat was so fresh and juicy. The sides they're providing are mutton chukka, chicken gravy and their signature dish is brain fry, which no one should miss.
