Coach Chuck walks through the various trim aspects of Flight planes, and how to get a good starting point for each. This mostly occurs BEFORE going to the gym, but some tips also indicate how to adjust your plane after initial flights

Note: the CG for the P18 plane will NOT be the same as SO Flight Planes. Set your CG according to the plans to begin. Otherwise, expect a CG 12cm behind the rear wingpost for Div B 2024, and 25cm forward of the rear wingpost for Div C 2024. This depends on the specific design of the plane of course.
