Teacher Bio Vanessa Michielon:

Vanessa started her movement journey 30 years ago, falling in love with Ballet and further delving deep in Contemporary Dance and Somatic Practice. Today she teaches Yoga, Pilates and mindful movement for anxiety relief and is passionate about helping people feel more confident in their skin and embrace their own unique ability to express through their body.
