Shortly after New Year’s, a team of 10 veterans planned to race around the globe, completing seven skydives on seven continents in seven days.

When the team succeeded, the Triple 7 Expedition created a world record for the fastest time for a team to skydive on all seven continents.

As the team hopped around the globe, the members hoped to raise $7 million for Folds of Honor. With that amount, the nonprofit organization could provide 1,400 scholarships to the families of fallen and wounded veterans and first responders.

For their first jump, the nine special ops vets leaped out of a plane over Antarctica.
