This is our weekly lunch ride to Zinnia's Dinette in Craryville NY. This restaurant specializes in Seafood. I'm ALL about seafood!! I was like, how good can it be being so far inland and in the middle of nowhere? I am a connoisseur of fried clams and raw oysters. I judge real seafood restaurants by how good their fried clams are, preferably whole belly clams. I ordered their whole belly fried clam platter and almost fell off my chair! These were hands down the best fried clams fried clams I have ever eaten in my entire life! End of discussion!! The Lady makes her own seasoned batter for the clams and makes her own tartar sauce as well as hand cut fries that were to die for. The amount of clams was so huge I had to struggle to finish them. There is going to be many more visits for lunch at Zinnia's!!!
