Tropical Storm Beryl has formed east of the Windward Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center expects it to strengthen into a hurricane over the next few days. Previously known as Invest 95L and Tropical Depression Two, the system is located about 1,110 miles eastsoutheast of Barbados. Late Friday, Beryl was moving westward at 18 mph with wind gusts at 40 mph.
