Troubleshooting No Oil at Rocker After The Install of Lifters Pushrods and Rocker Arms Assembly

In this video I discover an oiling issue with my Buick 455 after installing new Hydraulic Lifters, Pushrods, and Rocker Shaft Assemblies. I made several attempts to figure out why one rocker arm was not getting any oil and eventually narrowed it down to a lifter that was barely putting out any oil. I took it apart and flipped the metering disk inside of it which caused it to oil WAY too much!... After messing around with it for a few hours, and also going to a parts store to get a replacement part, it finally started to oil... I think it had something to do with the metering plate all along.

Just know if you use these lifters, the metering plate has to have the flat side facing up towards the cup of the lifter. If you flip it, it will oil way too much which will starve your bottom end (if all 16 are flipped).
