The Manhattan District Attorney says he is open to delaying sentencing for Donald Trump's hush money conviction, following yesterday's Supreme Court ruling.

Trump's lawyers requested a delay after the court decided former presidents should have immunity from prosecution for official acts, arguing that some evidence in his trial stemmed from his time in office.
