My Story
If you are new here, my name is Alexis! I'm a mama of two little girls and a parenting coach. After hitting rock bottom with postpartum rage, I was able to find the joy in parenthood again. It's become my mission to help parents show up with peace even in the most challenging moments with their children.

On my channel you will find gentle parenting tips, everything about parenting toddlers, slow living with kids, how to deal with overwhelm + burnout as a parent, overcoming postpartum rage, quieting anxiety + mom guilt, regulating your nervous system, and a little bit of (real life) motherhood inspiration in between.
