This is an idea I've wanted to test out for a while, and it was great to see it work out! This shape was accomplished by a series of double sided cuts and only 3 bits:
1. 1/4" End Mill Roughing Pass; Speed: 22000 RPM, Feed: 1800 mm/m
2. 1/4" Ball Nose Finishing Pass; Speed: 20000 RPM, Feed 1800 mm/m
3. 1/8" End Mill Dowel Pocketing; Speed: 24000 RPM, Feed 1800 mm/m

I highly recommend playing around with this technique and trying to make objects that otherwise would require a 4 or even 5 axis CNC. Can't wait to see what you do!
