INGREDIENTS
for 8 alfajores

100 gr butter | soft butter
120 gr powdered sugar | glass
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
200 gr flour 0000 | loose or allpurpose
20 g bitter cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

150 gr powdered sugar | glass
1 and 1/2 tbsp powdered milk
15 gr butter | soft butter
20ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

200 gr pastry dulce de leche

250 gr milk chocolate
20 ml neutral oil (sunflower or corn)
