These item values are taken from the date of this video being published, and I used the big trading community Market 76 as a reference.
I'm on PC, prices may differ depending on platform.
In game max caps is 40.000. People will generally only trade valuable items for another item/items, or for an alternative currency (such as Live & Love 3). In short, don't expect to sell these rare masks for massive amounts of caps. Try to trade them, or hold on to them. Especially the glowing masks should retain pretty solid value until the next Fasnacht.
