Here's Week 5 of my "Hybrid Half Marathon Prep"
Over a span of 12 total weeks, I’ll be documenting my journey in preparing for my firstever half marathon.
I’ll be dedicating 3 days a week to running + 23 days a week to strength training (while simultaneously working my Medical Assistant job before PA school).
During this week, I increased mileage with an 8 mi long run, balanced work as a Medical Assistant, & spent time with family!
