In today's video, we had a suggestion to eat at a place in Dunnellon, Florida called the Front Porch Restaurant and Pie Shop. They are famous for their homemade pies. We went right in between breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, that isn't the best time to go. They don't serve lunch until they are done serving breakfast, instead of serving breakfast and lunch together. 3 of us ordered breakfast and one ordered a salad. You wouldn't think they would have to wait until lunch to serve the salad but they did and this caused the breakfast to get cold. It was a learning lesson and the restaurant has so much potential! The lunch looked really good so we will have to try that sometime. The pie selection was amazing! We aren't the best fans of cherry pie but they said it was their top seller so we had to try it. It was very good but next time we will want to try a different one like the peanut butter or chocolate pies! If you are in the mood for a homemade pie, stop by the Front Porch Restaurant & Pie Shop in Dunnellon, Florida. Just make sure you go for either breakfast or for lunch. Not both!
