There is a big part of Wonderkid development on Football Manager that I have ignored for years. I didn’t just ignore this helpful tidbit for videos, I wasn’t using it myself for along time. I finally shifted on my save with Floridsdorfer to doing the right thing for my hot prospects and it has started paying dividends. For years I missed the old version of mentoring. It was more intuitive to me and made sense to pair your wonderkids oneonone with a senior member of the team to have them look after them.
