In this video I talk about my past week and how I have had a couple rough days in a row. I hadn't been exercising and I just felt unmotivated. I had a hunch that going on a bike ride would make cure this bad mood. I set out on my bike ride and tried to work as hard as I could to get all my energy out. The answer to my problem was so simple yet it took days to realize how good i feel after a workout. So, I will now be keeping a list of things that will help me get out of a funk and a list of things to stay away from that get me in a funk. That way in the future it will decrease the likelihood I get in a bad mood for days in a row and also helps me get out of a bad mood faster. I hope this helps someone.
