TLDR:
The Turtle Beach VelocityOne Racing Wheel in its current state is a welcome addition to the sim racing space. Barring a few minor bugs still lingering around, the performance of the package manages to be worth the price tag. What I couldn't shake off though was the feeling that this product lands in a a no man zone especially among sim racers. Why pay $200300 more than the price of a budget DD bundle, but not shell out the extra $400 for a higher end bundle? The lack of a current upgrade ecosystem may also hamper this. Ultimately, if you want a competent DD + Load Cell + Button Box bundle with plenty of customization and RGB to go around, and you prefer to shop via big box store, the VelocityOne may be for you.
