Here's the full fan made story concept I made for the scrapped Twisted Metal: Black character known only as Warhawk (aka Black Razer).

This includes the intro, middle, and ending and it follows the story of a chaotic good soldier named Razer, who is the best cop known to the Midtown Police Department.

But after Calypso breaks into Blackfield Asylum and kills all of the security guards, Razer finally has enough and decides to illegitimately enter the contest himself so he can end Calypso's reign of terror once and for all.

The story dives deep into his psyche, and reveals his distaste for the mentally insane originally spawned from an incident where him and a young Agent Stone had infiltrated a sleazy hotel, hoping to draw out a psycho who had been firing gunshots inside.

Razer, being the arrogant soldier that he is, ends up getting shot in the eye, allowing a chance for the psycho to get away.

He eventually finds himself demoted by The Commissioner and stripped of his armor, which leads to a long string of busting any criminal he could find.
From there, Razer had been gifted a helicopter and was able to capture some of Midtown's most notorious criminals (such as Sweet Tooth or Cage).

After winning the contest, Razer confronts the man himself and tries to end his contest. However, he is outsmarted by him, which leads to a raid by another police character named "Black Sorcerer", who manages to successfully capture Calypso (though, rumor suggests that Calypso can simply get away due to his otherworldly powers).

Unfortunately, Razer died a hero, and is remembered fondly by The Commissioner, The Black Sorcerer, and The Roberts for his heroic actions.

After his passing, Razer's helicopter had been dismantled. Midtown, now in despair, had lost their brave hero and shall remember him for the rest of their lives...

This story features multiple voices, including actual dialogue from Calypso himself (which is going to be a recurring theme from here on out).
