Here is the intro I made for Warhawk; who was yet another character from Twisted Metal: Black they had to scrap completely during development.
And tbh, I'm not mad he was scrapped. I mean, I definitely can understand why it was better to scrap him as opposed to Minion, as this is the only flying vehicle in the series next to Talon.

Regardless, there is a bit of artwork showing what the driver looked like, as well as having an interesting name to go along with his design.

"Black Razer", or just simply "Razer" in my version, is a rebellious excop who disappeared off the radar after an unfortunate experience regarding a mental asylum escapee.

But after so many years of being undercover, Razer eventually returned and started earning the trust back of the Midtown Police department; even being labeled as a "hero" for capturing one of the most dangerous criminals in all of Midtown.

After receiving a distress call that Calypso broke into Blackfield Asylum, Razer finally decides it's time to take care of business. He invades the tournament, having no remorse for killing a bunch of escaped mental patients if it means getting close enough to finally cap Calypso; once and for all....
