Two Examples of Part II of the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus (F.T.C. II)
Follow
Here we have two examples of the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, Part II. We take the antiderivatives of the functions, cos(x)1 and cube root of y, and then evaluate them at the endpoints (limits of integration). These are definite integrals, so the final result is a number.
